Ecwid Amazon MCF user guide
Using M2E Cloud, you can integrate your Ecwid store with Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) program. Ship Ecwid orders using your FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inventory to ensure synchronized order management and minimize operational costs.
Follow the steps below to configure the M2E Cloud Amazon MCF app.
Step 1. Link your Ecwid store.
Sign up for the M2E Cloud Amazon MCF account by linking your Ecwid profile.
After clicking the +Connect button, you will be redirected to the Ecwid website. Log in and confirm that you grant the app access to your profile information.
Then, you will be redirected back to the app. A confirmation message will appear if your Ecwid store is successfully connected.
Step 2. Connect your Amazon account.
Go to the Dashboard tab and follow the setup guide steps listed there.
Click Connect Marketplace Account to link your Amazon seller profile.
You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central. Log in and authorize M2E Cloud to access your account.
Step 3. Link existing products.
Once your accounts are connected, the app will automatically match and link products from your FBA inventory to Ecwid using SKU or Product ID.
If no match is found, you can link the items manually. Simply click the View Not Linked Products button under the Link Products section.
You will be redirected to the Listings tab, where you can complete product linking. If your products aren’t linked, the app won’t be able to properly synchronize your orders.
Step 4. Define order preferences.
Under the Manage Orders section, click on the Order Settings button.
Enable the “Create Orders in Amazon” option to allow the app to create Ecwid orders in your Amazon system.
When an item is purchased on Ecwid, the app will automatically create a corresponding MCF fulfillment order on Amazon.
