Watch the video overview to discover the benefits of integrating your Salesforce with Sales Channels.
Step 1. Sign up
Start by creating an account. Enter your details, confirm your email, and make up the password. Or simply sign up with your Google account.
Step 2. Connect to Salesforce and Channels
Link your Channel accounts (eBay, Amazon, or Walmart) and Salesforce account that you want to import product data from.
The process takes just a couple of clicks. You only need to grant Sales Channels access to some of your account data.
You can test the app first without connecting your actual accounts. Click Next at the account onboarding step to proceed to the free demo version.
Step 3. Set Product QTY update preferences
Once your Salesforce account is connected, the app automatically sets it as a main source of quantity updates on Channels.
The app will ask you to select a Salesforce attribute that stores your quantity values. This is necessary to correctly synchronize stock between Salesforce and Channels.
Step 4. Manage Salesforce inventory
Sales Channels imports your products from Salesforce, which you can find under the Catalog tab.
The catalog gives you full control over Salesforce products. You can view product details, see prices and quantities, assign attributes, manage images, and more.
Step 5. Enable Product QTY synchronization
Navigate to Sales Channels > eBay/Amazon/Walmart, where you’ll find listings imported from connected Channel accounts.
Sales Channels automatically links your Salesforce items to Channel items based on Product ID or SKU. If no match was found for the item, you can link it manually.

Once the item is linked, you need to enable synchronization to let the app update the quantity of your items on Channels. Toggle the sync for a single item or do it for multiple items in bulk.

Using M2E Sales Channels, you can list your Salesforce products on eBay, Amazon, and Walmart. Click on the List New Items button in the top right corner of the Channel Items tab and go through the quick item listing wizard.
