M2E Multichannel Connect enables you to choose the source for updating price and quantity. You can sync your inventory based on an External source or do it via a CSV file in M2E Multichannel Connect Catalog.

Alternatively, opt for connecting M2E Multichannel Connect to another inventory-controlling app via API.

For this, in Settings > General select Catalog and then click on Enable API Access.

In the pop-up, copy the token and proceed with the steps from our API documentation.

The status of your API access will change to Enabled if you’ve done everything correctly.

Also, anytime you can disconnect your token by clicking on Disable API Access or changing the source to External. However, in this case, you will need to obtain and connect a new token.
