Last month, we hinted at a few features on the way, including TikTok Ads campaigns and Shopify bundle support. Both are now live, alongside several other updates we are excited to share. Take a closer look at what’s new in M2E Cloud and how to start using it.
What’s new in M2E Cloud #
Map store categories to channel categories #
If category assignment feels like the most repetitive part of the listing process, this update is for you. M2E Multichannel Connect now lets you map your store categories to marketplace categories.
Set up the mapping once, and every product you list afterward gets assigned to the right channel category automatically, based on its store category. This is especially useful if you have a large catalog organized into clear categories. Instead of assigning a category product by product, you handle it as a one-time setup task and let the mapping do the work.

Run TikTok Shop Ads campaigns (Beta) #
With TikTok Shop's Product GMV Max campaigns, you can promote your listings across the highest-traffic placements, like search results, the For You feed, and the Shop tab. Until now, running them meant switching to TikTok Ads Manager.
Now you can add your TikTok Shop listings to GMV Max campaigns directly from M2E Multichannel Connect. Keep listing and ad management in one place, and easily start testing TikTok ads if you haven't already.

Sync and sell Shopify bundle products #
If you create your bundle products with the Shopify Bundles app, good news – M2E now supports them as well. Bundles are a proven way to raise average order value and move more inventory in a single sale, and now they sync properly with your channel products.
M2E helps list bundles to your sales channels, keeps stock accurate when a component sells, and syncs bundle orders from channels back to your Shopify store.

Get Temu customization details in your orders (Shopware) #
Selling personalized products on Temu is a growing opportunity. But fulfilling those orders has always required an extra step: logging into Temu to check the customization details. Not anymore.
M2E Multichannel Connect now imports those details and displays them in the notes of your store orders. This way, everything you need to fulfill the order is in one place – names, messages, or any other text the buyer wants on the product.

Generate DHL return tracking for OTTO orders #
If you sell on OTTO, you know that every order requires return tracking information before it can be fulfilled. To make it easier for sellers who ship with DHL, M2E now offers a direct integration that automatically generates this data.
M2E creates the return label and tracking number for each shipment and sends them to OTTO before auto-fulfilling the order. Outbound shipment data comes from your store order, while return tracking data is automatically retrieved from DHL.
You can set up the DHL integration in three simple steps:
1) Go to OTTO Settings > Orders > Order Management and turn on Enable DHL Return Tracking.
2) In the pop-up, enter your DHL account username and password, then click Connect.
3) Select your warehouse from the list of warehouses linked to your DHL account.

From that point on, M2E will handle return tracking automatically for every OTTO order.
List new products on Mirakl marketplaces #
We have expanded listing options on Mirakl-powered marketplaces. If you sell exclusive items, handmade products, custom-made goods, or private-label brands, you can now add and list them as new products in the marketplace catalog.
When M2E detects that a product isn’t in the marketplace catalog yet, you’ll be prompted to provide a category and the required attributes during listing. Once provided, the marketplace creates the product, and your listing goes live.

A great place to put this to use: Hygi.de, our newest Mirakl-powered partner. It’s a Germany-based B2B marketplace for hygiene, cleaning, and professional care products. Buyers include cleaning companies, healthcare facilities, hotels, restaurants, and offices across Germany and Europe. If you sell cleaning supplies in this space, this is a direct way to reach them.
