M2E Multichannel Connect is a cloud-based application that links major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Ecwid, etc.), as well as POS systems (Lightspeed and Square), with leading marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Temu, Shein, and more. It offers the following main features:

Multichannel listing #

M2E Multichannel Connect helps you create compliant marketplace listings based on your store products. The app automatically validates required fields and guides you to adapt product details to meet marketplace requirements. You can select which attributes or metafields from your store to use as the source of product information and customize pricing and quantities for each channel.

Inventory management #

M2E Multichannel Connect keeps your inventory synchronized the way you want. Choose which products to sync between your store and marketplaces and decide which details (not only quantities) should stay up to date. Your stock levels are updated automatically, which helps avoid overselling and maintain accurate product data across all channels.

Order management #

M2E Multichannel Connect imports orders from connected marketplaces into your online store, allowing you to manage them from a familiar interface. You have full control over how orders are imported and which details, including order totals and taxes, are displayed in your store. Status changes (such as Shipped, Cancelled, Refunded, etc.) are synchronized both ways between your store and marketplaces. 

The app also supports quantity reservation for Pending orders to keep your stock accurate until each order is fully processed.

M2E Catalog #

M2E Catalog lets you manage all your product data in one place, even if you don’t have an online store. You can create new products in the Catalog based on your store items or import them from a CSV file. Once added, you can list Catalog products on marketplaces, with the Catalog serving as the main data source for your listings and orders.

Custom attributes #

M2E Catalog lets you create custom attributes to store marketplace-specific product data without overloading your main e-commerce platform. This is especially useful when marketplaces require additional fields or unique characteristics that aren’t part of your store data.

You can create and update M2E custom attributes in bulk to keep your product information consistent and compliant on all channels.

GPSR compliance #

M2E Multichannel Connect helps you stay compliant with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) on European marketplaces. Add and maintain GPSR information (Brand, Manufacturer, etc.) in one centralized place, and the app will automatically update it across your products listed on EU markets.

Listing service #

M2E Multichannel Connect offers a Listing Service to support smooth onboarding and help you publish products on marketplaces. The service is especially useful if you have a large catalog or are starting on a new channel and need to list all products quickly and correctly.

Refunds and exchanges #

M2E Multichannel Connect synchronizes refunds and returns between Temu and your Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce store. It handles refund-only, return-and-refund, and partial refund scenarios. Inventory updates only when items are physically returned.

Activity logs #

M2E Multichannel Connect keeps track of all actions (both manual and automated) so you always stay in control of your listings’ and orders’ processes. Detailed logs show what changes were made, when, and whether by the app or a user, helping you monitor synchronization and troubleshoot issues.
