M2E Multichannel Connect allows you to exchange inventory and order data between M2E servers and external systems, such as ERP, PIM, and various other applications. For that, you need to enable API Access.
Navigate to the Settings tab, select Catalog from the drop-down menu, and switch to the API tab. Then, enable the API Access toggle.
The token will appear, which you should copy and proceed with the steps from our API documentation.
⚠️ It’s the only time you can see and copy your token, so make sure to save it in a secure place.
✅ Track the expiration date of your token and make sure to update it timely for seamless sync.
At any time, you can disconnect your token by disabling the API Access toggle. However, in this case, you will need to obtain and connect a new token.
