Temu Buy Shipping is a service that simplifies order fulfillment by letting Temu handle shipping arrangements on your behalf.
Temu provides pre-arranged carrier options at competitive rates, so you don’t need to manually set up carriers or handle separate delivery contracts. You simply purchase the label, print it, and drop off the package at the post office.
M2E supports this service, so you can manage label purchase and order tracking from your store admin.
How to Buy Shipping for Temu orders in M2E #
Follow these steps to create and purchase a shipping label using Temu Buy Shipping in M2E:
1) Open the Temu order card in M2E and click Ship Order.
2) In the pop-up window, select Use Temu Buy Shipping.
3) Enter package details, including ship-from address, ship date, dimensions, and total weight.
4) Click Get shipping services to view available carrier options.
5) Choose the most suitable carrier and click Buy Shipping to confirm and generate your label.
Once you complete the shipping label purchase, M2E automatically submits the carrier and shipment details to Temu, retrieves the tracking number, and syncs this data with both your store and Temu account. The order is then marked as Shipped automatically, so your fulfillment status stays up-to-date on all platforms.
Viewing or printing your label #
Once the order is shipped, click the eye icon next to the shipped item in the order card. The label will open in a new browser tab, ready to download or print.
