How to buy shipping labels for TikTok Shop EU orders in M2E #
ℹ️ Before creating labels in M2E, you need to enable TikTok Shipping in your Seller Center.
To do this, open TikTok Seller Center and go to Shipping Settings. Set your shipping method to Shipped via Platform by following the instructions in this guide.
Follow the steps below to purchase a TikTok Shipping label in M2E:
1) Open the TikTok Shop order card in M2E and click Ship Order.
2) In the pop-up window, choose Use TikTok Buy Shipping.
3) M2E will display the Shipping Service option suggested by TikTok according to the confirmed package dimensions.
Choose how you want to hand the parcel over to the carrier. You may schedule a pickup at your warehouse or bring it to a drop-off location.
4) Click Buy Shipping to finalize the purchase and generate your shipping label.
Once the label is purchased, TikTok updates the order with the shipping label and tracking details. M2E retrieves this information from TikTok Shop and updates your Channel order, passing the tracking number and shipment status to your store. Then, the order is marked as Completed in TikTok Shop and your store.
How to view or print your shipping label #
After the order is marked as Completed, open the order card and click the eye icon next to the shipped item. The label will open in a new browser tab, ready to download or print.
Once printed, attach the label to your parcel and hand it over to the carrier at the scheduled pickup time or drop-off location.
