If you're looking to expand your sales to Temu while keeping everything in sync with your Ecwid store, you're in the right place. This guide walks you through the essentials to get set up quickly and confidently using M2E Temu Connect.
Step 1. Install the M2E Temu Connect app #
First things first, install the app from the Ecwid App Market. To do that:
1) Open the M2E Temu Connect app page.
2) Click Get to begin installation.
Once installed, the app will launch automatically and guide you to the setup dashboard.
Step 2. Connect your Temu account #
Good news – your Ecwid store is already linked as the primary data source. All that’s left is to connect your Temu seller account. Here's how:
1) Go to the Dashboard tab in the app.
2) Click Connect Marketplace Account.
3) Authorize access when prompted.

That’s it. The connection is now live. You’ll see a setup checklist to help you complete the remaining steps.
Step 3. Link your products #
The app tries to match products between Ecwid and Temu automatically, using SKU or Product ID. If no match is found:
1) Click View Not Linked Products under the Link Products section.
2) You’ll be taken to the Listings tab to complete the linking manually.
⚠️ Unlinked products won’t sync. That means no inventory or order updates, so it’s worth double-checking this step.

Step 4. Enable inventory synchronization #
To ensure that all product changes in Ecwid reflect automatically on Temu, you need to enable inventory sync:
1) Click View Not Synced Products under the Synchronize Inventory section.
2) This takes you back to the Listings tab.
3) From there, enable sync for each product, either one by one or in bulk.

Step 5. Configure order settings #
Next, decide how orders from Temu are handled in your Ecwid store.
1) Under Manage Orders, click Order Settings.
2) Enable the Create Temu orders in Ecwid option.
This option lets the app generate Ecwid orders whenever a Temu sale occurs. M2E will update stock levels accordingly, keeping inventory accurate and helping you avoid overselling.

Step 6. List your Ecwid products on Temu #
If some of your Ecwid products aren’t listed on Temu yet, you can do it directly from the app.
1) Head to the List New Items section.
2) Click the List on Temu button to start listing.
The app will walk you through the process of creating new Temu listings based on your Ecwid product data.
