Registration on Amazon Poland

3 min read

Let’s start with the fact that Amazon sellers can now reach Polish customers with ease by listing on Amazon.pl and leveraging powerful seller tools.

Before you start selling on Amazon.pl (sellercentral.amazon.pl), you need to set up your Seller Central account. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you register the right way.

Choose the right seller plan   #

Amazon Poland offers two seller plans: Individual (4 zł (excl. VAT) / item sold) and Professional (165,91 zł (excl. VAT) / month).

Remember to check the seller fees at the Amazon webpage.

You can start selling with zero subscription and referral fees for six months and save 995 PLN (excl. VAT) while tapping into Poland’s expanding online market.

Modify your selling plan  #

You can switch between Individual and Professional selling plans anytime:

  • Go to Account Info > Your Services > Manage.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan based on your sales volume or business goals;
  • You can also manage other services like VAT Services on Amazon from this section;
  • Create your Amazon account:
  • Go to the Amazon Seller Registration page;
  • Click “Create your Amazon account”;
  • Enter your name, email, and password, then click Next. Don’t use an email that’s already linked to another Amazon account.
  • Add business and contact information: Select your business type and country of registration. Enter your legal business name. Provide a business address, company registration number, and phone number. Read and agree to Amazon’s policies and terms.

Provide seller information #

You'll now add info for your Primary Contact Person, the person authorized to manage your Amazon seller account. Confirm if they are a beneficial owner (someone with 25%+ control or ownership of the company). If not, you must list all beneficial owners separately. Verify the phone number via text or automated call using a 6-digit PIN code.

Add a charge method #

Enter a valid credit card to cover your subscription fee. Add your VAT number in account settings to avoid being charged VAT on the subscription fee (Settings > Account Info > Tax Information).

Choose your store name  #

This is the name buyers will see on Amazon. It doesn’t have to match your business name, but it should be unique. If the name is already taken, Amazon will ask you to choose another.

Submit required documents #

Amazon must verify your identity and comply with EU regulations. You’ll need to upload: A color ID card or passport (scan or photo), a bank statement with a logo, no older than 180 days (screenshots not allowed). Sometimes you may also need an authorization letter if someone else is registering on behalf of your business.

Final checks and document upload #

After registration, Amazon might request missing documents. If so:

  • Go to Settings > Account Info > Provide the required information;
  • Upload missing docs and click Submit for verification;
  • Wait for confirmation;

Welcome to Amazon Poland!  #

Once your documents are verified, you’re ready to start selling. Head over to your Seller Central dashboard and proceed to list your products.
