Automate Temu Order Fulfillment with Amazon MCF via M2E Cloud

How the integration works #

  1. A customer places an order for your product on Temu.
  2. The order is synced to your store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Ecwid, BigCommerce, etc.).
  3. M2E Cloud checks whether the ordered item is available in Amazon’s FBA network.
  4. If so, a fulfillment request is sent to Amazon automatically.
  5. Amazon takes care of the rest, picks, packs, and ships the product.
  6. Tracking details are sent back and synced with Temu for your customer to follow.

Setup process #

Step 1 – Install the Amazon MCF app
This connects your Amazon account with your store. Only products stored in FBA can be fulfilled using this method.

Step 2 – Install M2E Multichannel Connect
You’ll need this app to connect your Temu account to your store and keep product data in sync.

Step 3 – Enable order automation
Make sure that both apps have order sync enabled. This allows M2E to monitor new orders and forward eligible ones to Amazon MCF.

Step 4 – Link shipping methods
Temu shipping options should be matched with Amazon MCF delivery speeds.
