M2E Multichannel Connect includes a Copy to TikTok feature that allows you to publish your active Walmart listings on TikTok Shop.
Use this guide to walk through the entire process.
Step 1. Make sure your accounts and listings meet the criteria #
Before you attempt to copy products from Walmart to TikTok Shop, confirm that your channel setup and your product data meet the conditions below.
1. Your sales channels are added to M2E, and their regions correspond
- Your Walmart seller account and your TikTok Shop seller account are added to M2E Multichannel Connect.
- The Walmart marketplace you’re using matches the target TikTok Shop region
(for example, Walmart US → TikTok Shop US).
2. Your Walmart products are suitable for copying
To be copied to TikTok Shop, each item should be:
- active on Walmart (items that are unpublished or not fully configured must be relisted first),
- linked to a Store/Catalog product within M2E Multichannel Connect,
- not available in your TikTok Shop catalog under your account.
3. Items come from a single Walmart marketplace
When copying products, all selected items originate from one Walmart marketplace (for example, Walmart US).
If one or more criteria aren’t met, you won’t be able to complete the copying process.
Step 2. Open your Walmart listings #
Go to the Listings page in M2E Multichannel Connect and choose the Walmart account that contains the products you want to transfer to TikTok Shop.
Step 3. Select the Walmart items you want to copy #
Check the boxes beside the Walmart listings you want to publish on TikTok Shop. Use filters or the search field to locate specific items.
With your listings selected, open the three-dot actions menu and click Copy to TikTok.
A pop-up will appear showing the TikTok Shop account you are copying into and how many Walmart products are eligible for transfer.
Click Next to continue. At this stage, M2E collects and formats the product information required to create listings on TikTok Shop:
- Price
M2E uses the Walmart listing price as the pricing source for TikTok Shop. To keep this value stable and independent of future Walmart price changes, M2E saves it into a separate Catalog attribute (for instance, “Walmart US Price”).
You can review or change the selected price source in the TikTok Shop Selling Policy.
- Quantity
The available quantity for TikTok Shop items is taken from your Store/Catalog.
- Title and description
Product names and descriptions are pulled from your Store/Catalog when M2E creates TikTok Shop listings.
- Synchronization rules
M2E applies standard synchronization settings so your TikTok listings can stay updated. If you modify price, inventory, or other details later on, M2E will push those updates to TikTok Shop.
You can fine-tune these settings in the TikTok Shop Synchronization Policy.
Step 4. Choose TikTok Shop categories and provide attributes #
Pick the TikTok Shop category that best matches your Walmart products. By default, M2E assigns a recommended category based on the product information in your Store/Catalog. Hover over the assigned option to keep it or select a different category.
Then, fill in all the needed category attributes. Click Copy to move forward.
Step 5. Check your listings for errors #
M2E will launch the Listing Validator Assistant, which checks your product data for compliance with TikTok Shop requirements.
If all the details are complete and valid, M2E submits the listings to TikTok Shop for approval. If any fields are missing or invalid, the Assistant will highlight the issues and provide guidance on how to fix them.
After resolving all problems, click List Now to send your Walmart listings to TikTok Shop.
You can monitor your submission status at any time from the TikTok Shop Listings page. Once TikTok Shop finishes reviewing your products, they will go live on the marketplace.
