M2E Multichannel Connect gives you access to Ship with Walmart directly from your store's admin panel. Purchase shipping labels for Walmart orders and get discounted shipping rates in one place – no need to switch to Seller Center. M2E takes care of syncing shipment details between your store and Walmart.
Use the instructions below to buy and print your shipping labels in M2E.
Purchase Walmart Shipping label #
To purchase a Walmart Shipping label in M2E Multichannel Connect:
1) Open the order card of the Unshipped Walmart order and click Ship Order.
2) In the pop-up window, select Use Walmart Buy Shipping.
3) Provide your package details: select the ship-from location, enter the package dimensions (Length × Width × Height), and specify the total weight. Make sure your values match the units shown. These are set by the marketplace and can't be changed.
4) Click Get Shipping Services.
5) Review the list of available shipping services and their rates for your package. Choose the service that best suits your delivery timeline and budget.
6) Click Buy Shipping to confirm the purchase.
After the label is purchased, Walmart updates the order with the shipping label and tracking details. M2E syncs this information to both your store and Walmart, including the tracking number and shipment status. The order is then marked as Completed on both platforms.
Print Walmart Shipping label #
To view or print a Walmart Shipping label in M2E Multichannel Connect:
1) Open the order card of a Completed Walmart order.
2) Find the Shipped item(s) section.
3) Click the eye icon next to the tracking number.
The label opens in a new browser tab as a PDF, ready to download or print. Once printed, attach it to your package and ship it following your selected carrier's instructions – either via scheduled pickup or drop-off.
