A Return Policy in M2E Multichannel Connect allows you to set up return conditions for your items, including for both domestic and international sales. This guide walks you through configuring a Return Policy.

Step 1. Define general information #
Start by giving your Return Policy a clear, descriptive title. This helps you quickly identify and manage your policies, especially when you have multiple ones.
Tips for naming your policies:
- If all your products share the same return rules, a single policy named "Default" is all you need.
- If different product groups require different return conditions, create separate policies with meaningful titles (e.g., "Electronics 14 Day Returns" or "Clothing 30 Day Returns").
Next, select the eBay marketplace your policy applies to. The policy you create will only be available for listings on the selected marketplace.
ℹ️ Keep in mind that the available return options in the following steps may vary depending on the marketplace you choose.
Step 2. Set up domestic return options #
Turn on the Accept Domestic returns? toggle to allow returns from buyers within your marketplace region.
Once enabled, you will see a set of options to define your domestic return terms, such as the refund method, return window, and who covers return shipping. Fill in each field to match your store's return conditions.
Step 3. Set up international return options #
Turn on the Accept International returns? toggle to allow returns from buyers outside your marketplace region.
Once enabled, you will see a set of options to define your international return terms. Fill in each field to match your store's international return conditions.
Step 4. Provide refund description #
Use the Refund description field to clearly communicate your return and refund terms to buyers. This text will appear on your eBay listings, so make sure it covers key details such as the return window, item condition requirements, shipping responsibilities, and the refund processing time.
Once you are done with the Return Policy settings, click Save.
