Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Installation Guide

Follow the steps below to install the M2E Multichannel Connect cartridge into your Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud environment.

Step 1. Upload the cartridge #

Upload the bm_m2e_multichannel_connect_sfcc folder to your active code version in your SFCC instance.

Step 2. Add to Business Manager Cartridge Path #

1. In Business Manager, go to Administration > Sites > Manage Sites.
2. On the Storefront Sites page, click Business Manager.
3. Add bm_m2e_multichannel_connect_sfcc to the cartridge path.
4. Click Apply.

Step 3. Add to Site Cartridge Path #

1. In Business Manager, go to Administration > Sites > Manage Sites.
2. On the Storefront Sites page, locate your site and click on it.
3. Navigate to the Settings tab.
4. Add bm_m2e_multichannel_connect_sfcc to the cartridge path.
5. Click Apply.

Step 4. Enable permissions for the Auction Module #

To display the M2E menu in Business Manager, enable write permissions:

1. Navigate to Administration > Organization > Roles & Permissions. Click Administrator.
2. Select Business Manager Modules.
3. Click Select context and choose your site.
4. Check the write permissions for M2E Multichannel Connect.
