Fulfill eBay Orders Automatically with Amazon MCF via M2E Cloud

2 min read

Are you selling on eBay while storing inventory in Amazon FBA? With M2E Cloud, you can automate your eBay order fulfillment using Amazon’s Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) network. No need to pack, label, or ship items yourself.

Why use M2E Amazon MCF for eBay orders #

  • Use existing FBA stock, no need to split inventory
  • Avoid manual shipping and reduce workload
  • Deliver orders faster and with better tracking
  • Handle eBay orders just like Amazon ones
  • Scale your eBay business without increasing operational stress

How it works #

  1. A buyer places an order on your eBay listing.
  2. The order is automatically sent to your connected store (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.).
  3. M2E Amazon MCF checks whether the item is available in your Amazon FBA stock.
  4. If it is, the system instantly creates a fulfillment request.
  5. Amazon picks, packs, and ships the product straight to your customer.
  6. Tracking details are passed back to your store and updated on eBay.

You get all the speed and reliability of Amazon’s fulfillment service without lifting a finger. For more details, check out the video:

Getting started #

1. Set up the M2E Amazon MCF app
Connect your Amazon and store accounts. Only products stored in FBA can be fulfilled via MCF.

2. Install M2E Multichannel Connect
This app links your eBay account with your store, so your inventory is in sync.

3. Enable order automation
Make sure both apps have order management enabled. This way, eBay orders are automatically forwarded for fulfillment.

4. Map your shipping options
Align your eBay shipping services with Amazon MCF delivery speeds (Standard, Expedited, Priority) to avoid order delays.
