If you see the error “Attribute Picture has invalid value: reason: media_not_ready_yet” when listing products on Kaufland in M2E, it indicates a temporary issue on Kaufland’s side. This happens when your product images are still being processed on Kaufland’s servers at the moment M2E submits the listing.
This error doesn’t mean that your images are incorrect or that there is an issue with your product data – it means Kaufland needs more time to finish processing the media files.
Common reasons #
You may encounter this error when:
- New images were recently uploaded or updated in your Store or Catalog.
- Kaufland is still generating previews or validating the media files.
- Listing request reached Kaufland before the images became available in their system.
How to fix the error #
Wait for Kaufland to finish processing the images and try submitting the product again. Once the media files are ready, the listing will usually succeed on the next attempt.
Here’s how you can resubmit the products to Kaufland:
1) Find the items affected by the error.
Go to the Listings page in M2E Multichannel Connect and use filters to display the products marked with this error. See our quick guide on how to locate listings that require your attention.
2) Resubmit the products to the marketplace.
Select the items you want to send again, click Manage Items, and choose List from the mass actions menu.
After Kaufland completes image processing, your listings will be created on the marketplace.
