What’s new in M2E Cloud #
Partial Shopify shipments synced to eBay & Amazon #
In some cases, you may need to ship an imported Shopify order in multiple packages, for example, when items are stored in different warehouses or can’t be packed together due to size or weight limits. Now, M2E Multichannel Connect accurately reflects these partial shipments on eBay and Amazon.
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which is submitted to the Channel.
- The order status is automatically updated to Partially Shipped/Fulfilled when the first package is sent.
- Once all items are shipped, the order status updates to Completed.
This way, your eBay and Amazon buyers stay informed – no matter how many shipments it takes to fulfill the order.
Amazon order cancellations tracked per item #
M2E Multichannel Connect now reflects item-level cancellations for Amazon orders in your Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce admin.
If one or more items (or even all items) in a multi-product order are canceled, the changes will be visible in your store’s order view:
You'll see exactly which SKUs were cancelled, so you can avoid accidentally shipping cancelled products and identify which items require a refund.
⚠️ If the order was already paid before the cancellation occurred, M2E will automatically set the order status to Partially Refunded.
Please note: you should issue the refund manually through Amazon Seller Central.
Boost product interest with TikTok Shop sample orders #
Samples on TikTok Shop offer a simple way to promote new products and gather customer feedback, at no cost to the buyer.
M2E Multichannel Connect now supports sample orders from TikTok Shop for Shopify and WooCommerce users.
When a sample order is placed on TikTok Shop and imported by M2E:
- It will display a $0 total and $0 item price, as expected for samples.
- It will be automatically tagged as “Sample Order” in your store.
M2E makes it easy to manage TikTok Shop samples alongside regular orders, with full transparency and control from your store admin.
Advanced titles and descriptions for TikTok Shop & Temu #
Take full control over how your listings look with the Advanced Title and Description feature, now available for TikTok Shop and Temu in M2E.
With Advanced Descriptions, you can:
- Insert custom HTML templates for a branded, professional look
- Add Store/Catalog Attributes or Metafields to dynamically pull in product data like title, price, images, and more
- Preview your description in real-time before publishing
If you offer products on TikTok Shop, Temu, or eBay, this feature helps your listings stand out with engaging, store-aligned content.
Revise more product details on Temu via Sync Policy #
Managing your Temu listings is now easier, especially if you have well-structured product data in your store’s catalog.
With M2E Synchronization Policy, you can automatically revise the following listing details on Temu, using data from your connected store:
- Title
- Description
- Images, Size Chart, Weight
- Category
This means you can reuse existing product content from your store’s catalog to keep your Temu listings consistent and up-to-date.
Go to your Temu Synchronization Policy (Settings > Policies) and check the boxes next to the fields you want to update automatically:
For example, if you’ve updated a product description in your store, M2E will automatically sync the changes to the Temu listings using this Policy.
Navigate your data with improved filters #
We’ve improved the way filters work across key pages in M2E Multichannel Connect, including Listings, Orders, Catalog, and Logs.
Filters and grouping options are now conveniently located on the left side of the screen.
You can continue using them just as before, but now with a more intuitive layout.
We’re updating the UI in stages to improve performance and ease of use. This is just the beginning, and more refinements are on the way.
