Step 1: Create Your Seller Account #
Sign up at TikTok Shop Mexico Seller Center
- Use your Mexican phone number or email address.
- Already have a TikTok for Business account? You can log in directly using that.
- Takes just 2 minutes to start.
Step 2: Complete Your Seller Application #
To verify your identity, you’ll need to upload specific documents depending on your seller type.
For Individuals #
Provide the following:
- One form of ID (choose 1):
- INE Card;
- Resident Card;
- Passport;
- Tax documentation:
- Constancia de Situación Fiscal (Tax Status Certificate).
For Businesses #
- Company’s Constancia de Situación Fiscal;
- Business address;
- Representative’s ID (choose 1):
- INE Card;
- Resident Card;
- Passport.

Step 3: Application Review #
TikTok will evaluate your submission within 2 to 6 business days. You’ll receive the result by email.
Step 4: Open Your Shop and Start Selling #
Once approved:
- Link your TikTok account to your Shop.
- List your products and manage your orders.
- Start selling via videos, live streams, or your storefront.
