Before you start fixing a specific marketplace listing error in M2E Multichannel Connect, you need to locate all products impacted by it. This helps you focus only on the listings that require attention.
Step 1. Open your marketplace listings #
Go to the Listings page in M2E Multichannel Connect and select your marketplace account.
Step 2. Filter items by errors #
1) Click the Groups icon (folder icon) in the top-right corner of the Listings page.

2) Select the Action Required group.

3) Click Errors to display all listings currently affected by issues.

Step 3. Select a specific error #
You'll see a list of error messages grouped by type. Click on the error message to view all products affected by that error.

You can now resolve the issue for each item individually or for all affected items in bulk.
✅ If multiple error types appear, address them one at a time by repeating step 3 for each group.
