From new tools for copying listings and managing shipping to GPSR improvements for Temu and TikTok Shop, October brings smarter ways to list and sell with M2E.
What’s new in M2E Cloud #
Use Buy Shipping service for Temu orders #
You can now purchase shipping labels for Temu orders directly in M2E, without navigating to the Seller Center.
Temu handles carrier arrangements while you manage the entire fulfillment process, from label purchase to tracking, within the M2E app in your store admin.
To set it up, open the Temu order card, click Ship Order, and select Use Temu Buy Shipping.

Copy Channel listings to Temu #
Want to start selling on Temu using the listings you already have on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart? The new Copy to Temu feature in M2E Multichannel Connect makes it possible.
There’s no need to recreate listings from scratch – just pick your active Channel listings in M2E, choose Copy to Temu, and your products will be ready to list.
ℹ️ When copying listings, M2E takes product details (titles, descriptions, images, etc.) from your Store or Catalog to create and update items on Temu.
Product prices will be taken from your Channel listings and adjusted accordingly for Temu’s market.

GPSR improvements for Temu and TikTok Shop #
We’ve improved how M2E handles General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) data for Temu and TikTok Shop. Now it’s easier to complete the required Manufacturer and Responsible Person (RP) fields when listing new products.
M2E checks your new listings for missing GPSR data and shows each brand that requires this information. For every brand, you can select the corresponding Manufacturer and RP from drop-down lists.
These lists include only the manufacturers and responsible persons you’ve already set up in your Temu Seller Center or TikTok Shop Qualification Center.
ℹ️ If no Manufacturer or RP data is available, M2E will indicate that you need to add them in your seller account first. Once added, click the double-arrow (refresh) icon to update the lists.
When all required details are filled in, your products will be ready to go live on the marketplaces in full compliance with GPSR.
New options to optimize eBay listings #
To help you meet eBay’s listing visibility standards, we’ve added two new options that you can enable in M2E Description Policy:
- Send minimum 7 images on list and revise – ensures that your listings include at least 7 images. If your Store or Catalog provides fewer, M2E duplicates existing images to meet eBay’s recommendation for higher exposure.
- Use eBay Catalog Product Details – pulls product data for your listings from the eBay Catalog using the ePID (eBay Product ID). You can assign an ePID value from your Store’s attribute/metafield or an M2E Catalog Attribute.
ℹ️ This option is available only for Simple products. eBay Catalog data won’t be applied to listings with variations.
New delivery options for Amazon MCF Orders #
We’ve expanded M2E Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) with new delivery settings to give you more control over how your orders are shipped.You can configure them in your M2E Amazon MCF app under Settings > Delivery Options:
- Block Box Order Fulfillment
Enable it to ship your MCF orders in unbranded packaging (without Amazon logos). This option helps maintain your own brand identity.
- Block Amazon Logistics
Exclude Amazon Logistics as the carrier for your MCF orders if you prefer to use alternative shipping services.
- Fulfillment Mode
Choose how Amazon handles multi-item MCF orders to best fit your workflow:
- All or Nothing – Amazon ships the order only if all items are in stock.
- Wait Until Complete – Amazon waits until all items are available before shipping.
- Ship What’s Ready – Amazon ships available items first and sends the rest later.
Create global product listings on Shein #
Now M2E makes it easy to list your products on several Shein marketplaces at once. You won’t need to repeat the listing process for each region.
When creating a listing on Shein in M2E, select one or more marketplaces where you want your product to appear. M2E will automatically create individual listings for each selected site using the same Policy settings. If needed, you can later adjust those settings per listing.
This feature is a major time-saver for Shein sellers looking to expand internationally and manage cross-market listings more efficiently.
OTTO integration released #
Integration with OTTO Market is now officially live, giving you direct access to one of Germany’s largest online marketplaces. To get started, connect your OTTO seller account in the M2E Multichannel Connect app.
Once connected, you can:
- Import and manage your existing OTTO listings
- Synchronize and process OTTO orders
Support for creating new OTTO listings is coming soon.

- Copy listings to TikTok Shop
Soon, you’ll be able to copy your existing listings from Amazon, eBay, or Walmart to TikTok Shop. Your product data, images, and descriptions will transfer automatically, helping you start selling on TikTok faster.
- Use TikTok Shop Buy Shipping
You’ll be able to generate and print TikTok shipping labels from M2E, with TikTok handling the carrier arrangements – just print, pack, and ship.
- Kaufland & OTTO listing improvements
We’re enhancing the listing workflow for Kaufland and OTTO to simplify the management of product data before sending listings to the marketplaces.
