Self-Shipping (UK) - Requirements #
- Meet TikTok Shop’s Seller Performance targets.
- Using “Ship by Seller”? Choose only from the UK Integrated (approved) carriers list.
- Upload a valid, trackable tracking ID for every dispatched order in the Seller Center.
UK-approved TikTok Shop Shipping Providers #
These are TikTok Shop-approved shipping couriers connected to Seller Center. If you use Ship by Seller, you must choose from this list.
Examples:
- EVRi (Hermes);
- DHL UK;
- Yodel UK;
- UK Mail;
- DPD UK;
- DX Delivery;
- Royal Mail - Tracked 24®/48® only;
- Parcel Force;
- Panther UK;
- Amazon Logistics (excluding orders fulfilled via the Amazon website);
- Amazon Shipping UK;
- Fastway;
- APC Overnight.

Choose Your Shipping Method #
- Go to Seller Center > Orders > Shipping Options and pick Seller Shipping or TikTok Shipping.
Key rules:
- The method is account-level (no mixing per order).
- Changes apply to new orders only. Example: Switch on Nov 8 > Orders placed before Nov 8 will keep the old method.
TikTok Shipping (Default for new sellers):
- Buyer details are masked (name, email, phone, and address shown partially).
Why Sellers Must Add a Valid Tracking ID #
- A Tracking ID is issued by the carrier at dispatch (it’s on the shipping label).
- Valid, traceable IDs let buyers and sellers monitor delivery in real time.
- Every order must include a valid Tracking ID in TikTok Shop Seller Center.

Upload a Tracking ID in Seller Center #
- Go to Seller Center > Manage Orders > Upload.
- Download the template (blank or prefilled with “Ship by Seller” orders in Awaiting Shipment).
- Fill in the required fields, including a valid, traceable Tracking ID, then re-upload the file.
How to Tell a Tracking ID is Valid #
- Single order (Seller Center): Paste the ID > matching carrier appears > select it > confirm package. Order flips to RTS (Ready to Ship). If invalid, you’ll see an error.
- Batch upload: Upload the Excel file. The checker flags problems, highlighting invalid IDs in red. Fix and re-upload.
- API: You’ll receive an error response for invalid IDs. Correct and resend.
