M2E Multichannel Connect keeps refund and return information synchronized between your store and supported marketplaces as part of the order lifecycle. This synchronization is currently available for Amazon, eBay, Temu, and Mirakl.
When marketplace refund information is synchronized to your store, M2E updates the order status in your store, records the refunded amount, and adds an order log describing the change.
Each marketplace handles order refunds and returns differently, so each one has its own guide. Use the table below to see what is supported on your channel. Then, open the relevant marketplace guide for the details on how M2E syncs refunds and returns.
